If you are having problems logging onto your ASC laptop, do not keep trying more than three times.
Repeated attempts will lock out the laptop and require contacting the service desk to get a BitLocker
recovery key to unlock it again. Use another computer or device to get your account working, then logon
to your ASC laptop.
If you are an ASC employee, you are eligible to use the
Self-Service Password Reset (SSPR) service.
SSPR is used for:
- Users who have forgotten their password
- Users who know their password but have locked their account
